Seychelles Trusts were established under the International Trusts Act 1994 for the provision of Discretionary, Charitable and Purpose Trust companies.
Seychelles Trust Companies are completely TAX FREE. The names of settlers and beneficiaries are completely confidential under the International Trusts Act 1994, and the ONLY time names can be produced is under a court order to disclose information under the anti-money-laundering Act. However it’s structure deems all assets held by these trusts are excluded in the cases of forced heir-ships and the accumulation of income is permitted. The settler must reside outside of Seychelles for the duration of the trust and the trust property must not include any property moveable or non-moveable within Seychelles. Apart from that the assets of the trust can be anything from shares in companies or IBCs (International Business Companies).
Trust deeds are not filed with any public authority. Seychelles International Trusts are not subject to taxation or exchange controls, nor are they required to file financial statements.
